Many happy people concentrate on being grateful with what they have rather on what they do not have. Miserable people become miserable because they do wishful thinking.
They just wish all day and all night long that they can have something that others have.
This is craziness, be thankful that you still breathe.
Be thankful that you still have a healthy body.
There are many things we can be thankful of.
Concentrate on them.
It will make you happy.
